What a wonderful house in San Andres! Its in the perfect spot of the village. Marta welcomed us on short notice and provided us with many helpful tips and advice. We instantly felt comfortable here and the short walk to a beautiful beach and the Anaga mountains are great fun. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all in walking distance. The house has a lot of charm, style, and attention to details, thanks to Marta! Everything you might need to feel comfortable and enjoy your holiday (and more :) is provided for. The large, beautiful upstairs terrace is the best part of it. There is an outside place to grill, a nice dining area and a great open space to enjoy the sun and hang out in the evening. We highly recommend, already extended our stay and would love to visit again soon! Thanks Marta!

This house is amazing. Exactly as in the photos, but with the real added value of a great position. I didn't think the house would be so close to the beach, and what a beach! Marta is also really lovely. Always available for any questions and she gave us a lot of useful information. We also really enjoyed staying in San Andres, it's a lovely village and the house has everything one may need at walking distance. Highly recommended!

Geräumige, geschmackvoll und auch funktional sehr gut eingerichtete Location im schönen Küstenort St. Andres, fussläufig zum Teresitas-Strand und ideal gelegen zw. dem Naturschutzgebiet im Norden und Santa Cruz im Süden. Les +++ : - tres belle déco - tres beau toit terrasse - parfaitement équipé , maison en centre village à 2 min à pied de la plage. accueil au top, très à l’écoute, très sympathique . Grand parking gratuit - tous commerces à proximité immédiate. excellent wifi ! Merci Martha.

This was such a lovely house, 1 or 2 minutes from the beach and very calm. The interior decoration is exquisite. We felt very welcomed by our host, Marta. She made us feel safe and accompanied at all times sending us regular tips to visit Tenerife. Our favorite spot to chill was the gorgeous roof terrace.
We had a wonderful stay! . Thank you for all your tips to visit Tenerife and your follow-ups. The house terrace was our favorite spot. We hope to return !!!.

Location was perfect! The house looked great and had everything you needed inside...big plus for the rooftop terrace and electric grill. It was the best house we rented so far in Tenerife! There is a smart tv and the wifi worked fine. You have public parking outside ...but if you don't find a free spot you can easily park over the canal. Good restaurants nearby and just 2 min walk to Las Teresitas Beach. Our host Marta was super friendly and helpful!!! Thank you , Marta :)

The BEST place in San Andres! I'd first like to start off by thanking Marta for her wonderful communication and for meeting us at the property for check-in to run through everything, she was lovely and made us feel extremely welcome. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet. Located just a 5 minute walk from the beach, we couldn't have really stumbled upon a better place. Everything was fully equipped and well stocked with all the basics you need upon arrival. The roof terrace was a fantastic bonus!! We loved every minute of our stay and we'll be coming back here next time we're in Tenerife for sure! 5/5 - can't recommend this place enough - thanks Marta!

Die perfekte Gastgeberin Unsere Vermieterin Marta war wirklich die perfekte Gastgeberin. Aber zuerst zum Objekt. Das wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Häuschen liegt in einem kleinen malerischen Dorf unweit der Hauptstadt Santa Cruz. Die Highlights des Hauses sind sicher die wunderschöne Dachterrasse und die Lage nur 5 Gehminuten zum schönsten Stand Teneriffas. Nun zur Gastgeberin, die uns wirklich ganz herzlich empfangen hat und gleich mit einer Karte der Highlights der Insel versorgt hat. Ausserdem mit den besten Lokale im Ort und der Versicherung uns jederzeit weiterzuhelfen. Das hat Sie dann auch. Ob Tips für eine Konditorei für einen Geburtstagskuchen, oder weil wir unterwegs die Liste mit den Highlights vergessen hatten. Es wurde immer sofort und mit viel Freude von Marta weitergeholfen. Diese Herzlichkeit hat den Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Vielen Dank liebe Marta.

Perfect location This might be the sole little house in the village that offers such standards. The terrace upstairs is a fab space. Very clean and modern. You can walk to the beach and to a few excellent restaurants. Marta is making herself available during your stay for anything you might need. She is super enthusiastic and welcoming.
